Freelance Register 2009-2010: Submission of entries

Full members of the Society of Editors (SA) may submit an entry to our Freelance Register. The Register is a useful resource for both members and their clients.

If you're not yet a member, or your membership has lapsed, we invite you to join us!

Payment is due on 1 July each year, but you may submit an entry to the Register at any time.

Fill in an entry form

Submit your entry by downloading the Freelance Register entry form, filling it in and emailing it to us as an attachment.

Fee

The fee for inclusion in the Register is $60.00 for the financial year 2009-2010. This includes one correction during that time (for example, a change to your email address or phone number). Each alteration after that will attract a fee of $15.00.

Your entry is paid for at submission time. Simply download a payment form (Microsoft Word or PDF format), fill it in and email or post it to the Treasurer.

Payment by direct deposit online is preferred. Or you can post a cheque with your form. If you require a receipt, please include a stamped, self-addressed envelope with your form.

Editing process and confirmation of entry

Please provide your entry electronically. Your entry will be proofread, but it is up to you to ensure your entry is correct. Please check it before you submit.

Your entry will not be included until we receive your fee. Please print, fill out and post the payment form at the time you submit your entry.

Questions

Please direct questions about the Freelance Register entries to our Editor.

Questions about the online form or other technical questions can be directed to our Website coordinator.
