Experienced Proofreader Needed
I have a job available involving proofreading of page proofs at the design stage. The document will be of the order of 60–70 pages with an average word count of approximately 550 per page, and will include numerous tables and figures. The work required will involve checking on hard copy against an established style sheet. It will need to be done as quickly as possible, preferably within a few days of receipt, and should be available towards the end of June or beginning of July 2008. The topic is agricultural research, and experience and qualifications in science editing are desirable.
